• Colin has worked to conceptualize and execute venture projects for over twenty years, honing his business development versatility through work with dozens of multifaceted teams. He co-founded Wikiburg, a media enterprise that develops digital tools and content to address local policy issues. For his work in civic tech he was invited to present at TEDx, and has been honored as a Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Fellow. He studied at Kent State University and the University of New Mexico, and developed expertise in trompe l’oeil painting while creating sets and backdrops for David Copperfield.

  • Robert studied mathematics at Brown University and economics at LSE. His career on Wall Street spanned investment banking at Salomon Brothers, equity research at Morgan Stanley and portfolio management at Pura Vida Investments, a health care dedicated hedge fund with approximately $600 million assets under management. At Pura Vida he traded in spaces spanning from long-term care to robotic surgery in a market neutral portfolio that generated an average return of 29% per year. He has founded and invested in a variety of private ventures ranging from manufacturing to food sciences, and applies his diverse skill set to aid Progeny's clients in finding their path to market.

  • Courtnay is a creative strategist focused on cultivating purpose-driven companies and organizations. Working at the nexus of design and technology, she received a BA from Central Saint Martins and a MDes from Harvard Graduate School of Design. Prior to co-founding Progeny, she contributed to advertising campaigns and experiential brand activations as a production designer, oversaw the development of an app that enabled collaborative design thinking, received venture funding and a residency at Harvard i-Lab, and was an inaugural member of the Digital Problem Solving Initiative (DPSI) at Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.
